By Your Birth

By Your birth did Thou save

The love that Thou gave

The sacrifice which was made

May it never ever fade

From this world of deceit

Lest we succumb to defeat

In faith we praise and glorify

Your death on the cross we testify

While the sins of the world proliferate

With Your mercy and grace we celebrate

The death of your only begotten Son

When it was all said and done

Brought us comfort and salvation

And verily saved us from damnation

Strengthen us in Your faith O Lord of Peace

May Your mercies and blessings never cease

Teach us love, peace and humility

And guide us to a life of serenity
